Cartoon Network was one of the channels I grew up watching, and it had a huge impact on me. Animation has always been a major passion of mine, and Cartoon Network served as the inspiration for this portfolio piece. I created a 15-second bumper using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator, illustrating all of the assets myself. For the audio, I incorporated Cartoon Network’s jingle along with The Amazing World of Gumball theme song. I carefully referenced characters from the show to recreate them accurately. To enhance the motion, I used null objects to build a turning transition between shots and explored After Effects’ 3D tools to create the block-turning effect near the end of the animation.
